In the initial design process of the project, the arrangement of volumes next to each other was in a way that all interior spaces have direct access to natural daylight through windows. Due to the special location of the project, there is a panoramic view of the green open spaces and beautiful city landscapes. Moreover, the main corridor on each floor, which is located alongside the central void with flower boxes, not only providing a pleasant path for residents before entering the house but also creates a beautiful view on the outside.
In this building feeling luxurious and comfortable is possible at its highest level thanks to the cutting-edge technology used in residential units and various recreational and service spaces in the basements.
